Open to all majors, this minor offers an introduction to diverse aspects of American life, past and present, through courses specifically in American Studies and a wide range of American topics offered by departments such as anthropology, art, architecture and interior design, comparative religion, English, history, and political science. (22 semester hours)

A minimum 2.0 GPA is required for all courses in this minor. Courses must be taken for a grade (not credit/no-credit). Students planning to take this minor should consult with the chief program adviser.
