IT services support desk now offers expanded phone support hours with 24-hour service five days a week.
The IT services support desk answers questions on a wide variety of information technology topics, such as problems with accounts, e-mail, myMiami and Blackboard. Funded in part by the student technology fee, the extended support hours are designed to provide personal service on a schedule that suits students' needs.
Phone support is now available day or night between Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. and Friday evenings at 8 p.m. Phone support also is available on Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Hours for walk-in support and the satellite support desk in King Library will remain unchanged. Hours during holidays and breaks may vary. Special hours are posted on the IT services support desk Web site at www.muohio.edu/supportdesk. The support desk is available at 9-7900.
