Katrina Care Concert Sept. 20 |

Miami's music department and several student groups will present a Katrina Care Concert to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, in Hall Auditorium. The concert will feature Miami faculty and students including the Glee Club, Collegiate Chorale, Jazz Band, Wind Ensemble, Trumpet Ensemble and more. Speakers will also be featured throughout the concert. All proceeds and donations will aid the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The concert is sponsored by the School of Fine Arts and department of music in conjunction with Associated Student Government, the Performing Arts Series and MUBucks. Tickets are $15 for students and $20 for general admission and are available at the Shriver Center box office, 9-3200, or will be available online soon at www.tickets.muohio.edu. |
