Provost expresses appreciation

I want to thank all of the faculty and staff who assisted in administering early exams for our student GMAC Bowl participants. Your cooperation in providing individual/early and alternative exams, and the assistance that many of you provided by serving as proctors, will long be remembered and appreciated by our students and the administration.

We all should be extremely proud of the manner in which our student athletes, band members, cheerleaders, coaches and support staff represented Miami University.

Additionally, I would like to thank the entire faculty, department chairs and deans for making the launch of our "online grading" process a successful one.

As we move through future grading cycles, the office of the registrar will continue to improve the new grading system. Please accept my personal thanks and gratitude for the overwhelming show of support. The patience and the understanding that you have given to each of these recent events is much appreciated.
