Retirement forum scheduled for Dec. 11

The department of human resources is sponsoring a second retirement forum for this year on Monday, Dec. 11, from noon-2 p.m. in the Shriver Center multipurpose room.

The first hour of the session provides information regarding voluntary tax deferred savings through the 403(B) and/or 457 plans. The second hour of the session provides information regarding OPERS, STRS and the ARP; all new employees have 120 days from their hire date to choose a retirement program.

Registration is required. Information is posted online at human resources or you may call 9-3131.
