Web site contest open to students

A $1,000 grand prize will be awarded for the best literary-based Web site in a contest sponsored by the Friends of the Miami University Libraries.

The site should promote literature, poetry, creative writing or literary figures.

"We especially encourage faculty to promote the competition to their students," says Jerome Conley, assistant to the dean of libraries. Entries must be submitted to Conley by Jan. 16.
