Bob Dylan to appear Parents Weekend |

Rock legend Bob Dylan will perform the Parents Weekend concert, replacing Don Henley, who has cancelled all appearances this year. Previously purchased tickets will be honored. Dylan will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, in Millett Hall. "Dylan was so well received last year that we feel fortunate we were able to bring him back for an encore," said Patti Hannan Swofford, director of Miami’s Performing Arts Series. Dylan performed at Miami in October 1999. An opening act for Dylan will be announced soon. Tickets are $36 and available at the box office in the Shriver Center, 9-3200, open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday. Patrons who wish to obtain a refund on Henley tickets should mail the tickets and credit card information to Miami University Box Office, Shriver Center. Tickets must be received at the box office by Friday, Oct. 27, and a credit will be made to the patron’s designated credit card. |
