Charter Day Ball to be held Feb. 4

The Campus Owls and the Cincinnati-based band Swing Savvy will entertain at Miami’s Charter Day Ball from 9 p.m.-2 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4, in Millett Hall.

"Moonlight over the Millennium...A Celebration of Miami’s Tradition" is the theme for the event, sponsored by Campus Activities Council, Associated Student Government and Program Board.

The ball is held every three years to commemorate the signing of Miami’s charter. It is open to all Oxford residents, university faculty, staff and students, and alumni. Black tie is optional.

Tickets are available from 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Shriver Center Box office. Cost is $15 per person.
