Chinese painting workshop Dec. 13

A workshop on Chinese painting will be taught 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Dec. 13, at Miami Hamilton's Harry T. Wilks Conference Center. The class is co-sponsored by Miami's Confucius Institute and Hamilton campus.

Chinese painting, also known as ink and wash painting, is one of the oldest artistic traditions in the world. The workshop is open to children and adults (children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult) with space limited to 30 participants.
