Miami hosts Work Life Balance Expo

Miami University's Work Life Balance Expo will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, in the Marcum Conference Center. Mini-seminars on nutrition, personal budgeting and time management highlight the day filled with information on how best to juggle the challenges faced by the 21st century employee. (This event is rescheduled from Sept. 16.)

According to Marsha MacIntosh, director of employee services, "The expo is an attempt to help employees learn how to maintain a healthy balance between their work and home lives. Sessions are focused on how to feel more productive, engaged and satisfied with their work environment."
