Share a ride and save some green

A new service, offered by parking and transportation services, provides a free, convenient, and simple way to beat the high cost of fuel. Employees can sign up for AlterNetRides, located on the parking services Web site: http://www.units.muohio.edu/prk/alternet.html

The AlterNetRides web link is an 'electronic ride board' to connect with other Miami employees who are interested in forming car pools. When you sign up on AlterNetRides you can locate others living in your area, arrange a car pool schedule, and organize pick-up locations for your drive to campus.
