Dick Nault (student affairs) is quoted in a story about Ohio State's renovation project to improve and expand several dormitories, as well as add rooms over the next four years, in an attempt to get all sophomores to live in residence halls by 2012. Mentions that many Ohio colleges now require sophomores as well as freshmen to live on campus, and Miami will enforce its new sophomore-residency rule in fall 2009.
