Despite Butler Co. judges' wishes, two convicts were released from prison early through an intensive program. One of the men is Jason Landis, accused but not convicted of an off-campus rape of a student in 2004 and convicted of an on-campus molestation in 2003. Landis was convicted in '04 of possessing anabolic steroids.
