CraftSummer workshops online

CraftSummer workshops for summer 2008 are now online, www.muohio.edu/craftsummer. The workshops feature hands-on activities in a variety of media taught by local, regional and nationally known artists. Classes can be taken for credit or no credit.

Workshops on the Oxford campus are scheduled June 13-July 11. A May 12-17 workshop, "Experiencing Zion the Photographic Way," will be held at Zion National Park in southwestern Utah, taught by CraftSummer director Ron Stevens.

CraftSummer began in 1976 with 13 workshops. More than 30 workshops are now offered every year, which have attracted participants from 38 states plus New Zealand, England and Germany.
