State Department invites applicants
for Franklin Fellows Program

The U.S. Department of State announces a new initiative, the Franklin Fellows Program, to bring talented, experienced professionals from many fields to the department for a year.

The department has identified 75 positions that Franklin Fellows could fill, with opportunities for experts in accountancy, administration, public health, diplomacy, area studies, information technology, international economics, the environment, and other areas.
