Miami Symphony Orchestra performs Dec. 2

Miami University's Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Ricardo Averbach, will perform a children's concert at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, in the auditorium at Bogan Elementary School.

The program will include selections from "The Lion King," "Harry Potter," "Rodeo's Hoe Down" and selections by Mozart and Vivaldi.

Featured performers include flutist Rachel Harney, sophomore music education major from Middletown, and conductor Michael Huebner, a senior music education major from Cleveland.

The concert is free and open to the public. For more information, call the music department, 9-3014.
