CPPO HAS GREAT YEAR FOR RECRUITERS’ VISITS

OXFORD, Ohio -- Nearly 460 organizations came to Miami

University to recruit students this year, says Richard

Hearin, director of the Career Planning and Placement Office.

This is a 22 percent increase over last year.

The CPPO staff also has referred candidates to more than

1,000 additional employers this year.

National studies have shown that this year’s hiring

outlook is the best since 1990.
