On Jan. 28, Miami University Senate heard three reports:
(1) New Academic Calendar and Winter Term Planning Update; Michael Kabbaz, associate vice president for enrollment management, and Dave Sauter, university registrar;
(2) Sustainability at Miami: FY 2012 Progress and Steps Ahead; Yvette Kline, director, sustainability and energy conservation, and David Prytherch (geography) sustainability coordinator; and
(3) Miami University 2020 Plan Coordinating Team; Phyllis Callahan and James Kiper, co-chairs.
Provost Bobby Gempesaw introduced Jerome Conley, interim dean, University Libraries. With the approval of the Dec. 3, 2012, minutes, Senate adopted Senate resolution SR 13-06.
The next meeting of University Senate is scheduled to be held 3:15 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, 111 Harrison Hall.

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that University Senate endorse proposed revisions to the academic program review process.
