New ALA Freedom from Smoking classes available in 2013

Thinking about quitting smoking and not sure where to start? Get started with the American Lung Association's Freedom from Smoking program. Five new classes will start between Jan. 8 and March 7.

Participants will meet weekly for 7 weeks, 8 total sessions. The program takes you through steps to quit and stay smoke free by developing skills for stress management, weight control, assertive communication and exercise.
