University Senate action Nov. 19

On Monday, Nov. 19, University Senate heard two reports: (1) Fraternity and Sorority Life Update, Jenny Levering, director of the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and Leadership; and (2) Academic Integrity, Brenda Quaye, coordinator, Academic Integrity Initiative.

Senate approved the Oct. 22, 2012, meeting minutes and received the corrected curriculum report, Senate committee minutes, and Faculty Rights and Responsibilities Annual Report on the consent calendar.

Senate endorsed the pre-medical co-major and proposed revisions to the Graduate Handbook, Part 5, Graduate Faculty Information.

The next meeting of University Senate is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. Dec. 3, 111 Harrison Hall.
