Miami Convenient Care Clinic hosts open house

Miami Convenient Care Clinic, a service of McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital, will host an open house 1-4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. The clinic is located in the Student Health Center, Campus Ave.

The clinic, open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday, is for employees and dependents covered under the Miami healthcare plan. Staffed by a nurse practitioner and medical assistant, care is available for general illness, such as flu, upper respiratory infection and strep.
