Miami launches iTunes U: Webinars demonstrate how to build interactive content

Miami University launches iTunes U, a free way to widely distribute digital lectures, music, performances and more to showcase the variety of academic, intellectual and social opportunities within the Miami experience.

Miami on iTunes U will have both a public site, which will include Miami courses, faculty lectures, event highlights, music and sports, as well as a coursework-linked site, providing a platform for faculty to create course material to be used in and out of the classroom.

To kick off the debut of Miami’s iTunes U site, Miami faculty and staff are invited to attend a three-part webcast series. Educators will demonstrate how to build customized courses full of dynamic interactive content that can be shared with students.
