Sixth annual Women's Read-In March 22

Miami University's King Library and the women's center will host the sixth annual Women's Read-In, "Recognizing Women and their Art and Stories," 11a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, March 22, in 320 King Library.

The event honors women for their contributions to the arts — painting, sculpture, spoken word, literature, music or performance art. This year, the read-in features a collage of sights, sounds and experiences highlighting women and their expressions of art.

The event is free and open to the public. Submit art, performance or mixed media through the read-in registration link: http://tinyurl.com/womenread2012.
