Learn the principles of management courage

Miami University's human resources presents a new workshop, "Management Courage," 8 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, for participants who manage programs or supervise classified or unclassified employees.

Participants are presented with a radically new concept that exceptional managers must possess — management courage. Courageous managers will learn to make the difficult short-term strategy decisions that will benefit their organizations and employees in the long term.
