Corrected times for IT support desk

A Monday e-Report story mentioned incorrectly that IT services had launched 24-hour service five days a week on campus.

While plans are to offer round-the-clock support by January, the service is not yet available. The extended hours will be phased in over this semester and will be fully in place by start of second semester.

The news office regrets the error.
