In memoriam: Marye Stone Dahlman

Marye Stone Dahlman, 41, of Oxford, died Sunday, Mar. 27, following an illness. She taught French at Miami University 2007-2008.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Dahlman, associate professor of geography at Miami, and their young son, Nicholas. Marye is also survived by extensive family in her hometown of Lexington, Kentucky.

A memorial service was held Saturday, April 2, at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Oxford.

The family is asking memorial donations be made to the Family Resource Center of Oxford, Holy Trinity Episcopal Church or the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (www.ocrf.org).
