Recognition page highlights faculty and staff achievements

Ethical theory, speculative investigations, increased cognitive ability, and extended human life spans are just a sample of the topics challenged in Immortal Passage: Philosophical Speculations on Posthuman Evolution, an exploration of what "may be next" in human evolution and life on Earth. The book, written by Asher Seidel, associate professor of philosophy, joins other recently released publications by Miami University faculty and staff announced on the faculty and staff recognition page.
