E-mailed survey part of university effort

A random selection of faculty, staff and students are receiving e-mailed surveys this week from Kelly Schwartz, a staff member of Stamats, a higher education marketing firm with which Miami has partnered. The survey is part of the university’s ongoing effort to more clearly communicate its brand and benefits.

Some of the surveys are reported to have been delivered to recipients’ junk mail boxes. The university community can trust that this is a bona fide university effort and your response to the survey is appreciated, says Dionn Tron, associate vice president of university communications.
