W-2s now available online

W-2s for 2009 are now available online through BannerWeb. For employees who elected to have their W-2s mailed, W-2s will be placed in the U.S. mail no later than Feb. 1 as required by law.

To access the online W-2:
Go to www.muohio.edu and select MyMiami
Put in your unique ID and password as you normally would
Select BannerWeb
Select Employee Services Online
Select Tax Forms
Be sure that 2009 is showing as the tax year
Click Display
Click “Print” at the bottom of the page

When you print your W-2, if it is more than one page, that indicates you have more than two local taxes being withheld. Local taxes are school district tax, city income tax, etc.
