Miami wins gold, silver and bronze CASE awards

Miami's winning Viewbook.

Miami University has received two gold, two silvers and a bronze from the 2009 Great Lakes District Awards presented by the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).

Miami received two gold awards: Best Practices in Alumni Relations, Winter College 2009 by Brian Breittholz, Ray Mock and Jayne Whitehead; and Best Practices in Fundraising and Development, This is Our Miami by Emily Berry, Suzanne Clark, Meridith Oberklein Spille, Kevin Marks, Kim Tavares, and Jayne Whitehead. Other awards include:

Silver: Best Viewbook by Donna Barnet, Tracy Chappelow, Arlene Werts, Liz Baxter and Derrick Moore.
Silver: Excellence in Design, Viewbook, postcard series, and Living on Campus brochure by Donna Barnet, Tracy Chappelow, Arlene Werts, Liz Baxter and Derrick Moore.
Bronze: Best Program in Annual Giving, Senior Legacy Campaign by Joe Doyle, Meridith Oberklein Spille, Brad Bundy, and Jayne Whitehead.

CASE is a professional organization founded in 1974 assisting education institutions and professionals who work on their behalf in alumni relations, communications, development, marketing and allied areas.

The Great Lakes District Awards acknowledges institutions for their notable programs and individuals. The awards are granted annually and honor a broad range of programs.
