IT services support desk provides on-site support in King Library

New this academic year, the IT services support desk is providing on-site IT support at the information desk on the main floor of King Library during the weeks that classes are in session. Hours are as follows:

Sunday: 4-10 p.m.
Monday and Wednesday: noon-10 p.m.
Thursday: noon-6 p.m.
Friday: noon-5 p.m.

The library support desk services are funded by the student technology fee. The schedule was developed in collaboration with library staff and covers the hours that IT assistance is most often needed by library patrons. The hours are targeted to student needs; however, all library patrons are welcome to use the service.

The IT services support desk continues to provide support to clients at its primary location in 324 Gaskill Hall. Phone and walk-in hours are detailed on its Web site: supportdesk.
