United Way campaign kick off

The Miami University United Way Campaign kicks off Thursday, Oct. 1, and runs through Oct. 31. Miami donors can make payroll deductions.

Kirk Bogard, senior director at the Farmer School of Business, and his wife Sabrina Jewell, outreach coordinator at the Oxford Senior Center, are chairs of the 2009 fundraising campaign.

Early bird donors are eligible for raffle prizes until Friday, Oct. 9. This year’s goal is $218,000. The money raised will fund 21 agencies throughout Oxford.
