Michael Morrison of Wolfram Research will give a
technical talk on Mathematica 7 at 9 a.m. Friday, March 27, in 102 Benton Hall.
This seminar will show teaching and research examples for mathematics, the physical sciences, engineering, and business/economics.
The content will help attendees with no prior experience with
Mathematica get started with the language and workflow.
Since there is
a large amount of new functionality in Mathematica 7, users of previous
versions of Mathematica will also benefit from attending this seminar.
This free seminar will last about one hour followed by time for additional questions and discussion. Faculty, staff, and students
interested in learning more about Mathematica are encouraged to attend.
