Megan Gerhardt has been granted tenure and promoted to associate professor of management. Gerhardt’s research focuses on the impact of individual differences in motivation, leadership and job performance. Her research has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Personality and Individual Differences, the International Journal of Selection and Assessment, Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies and Learning and Individual Differences.
Gerhardt teaches organizational behavior and enjoys introducing undergraduate students to the research process.
