Background: Hailing from Lebanon, Ohio, Chris is a registered and licensed dietitian. She previously earned two degrees—one in English from Ohio Dominican and the other in Dietetics from University of Cincinnati.

Work experience: Having spent 20 years in the insurance industry, Chris played a critical role in prescription benefit management.

Career goals: Chris wants to work in cardiac rehabilitation, fusing her passions for nutrition and exercise. She is interested in partnering with a community-based out-patient rehabilitation program.

She urges those working in the fields of exercise and nutrition to continue learning best care practices by joining professional organizations and regularly reading the academic journals relevant to their field.
