Campus Security Act Reporting, 2000-2002
a The Hamilton campus has no residential facilities and no non-campus facilities.
b "Non-Verified" reports are reports that have been made to campus authorities other than the Miami University Police or Hamilton Police. These reporting authorities include the Office of Judicial Affairs, coaches, and advisers to student organizations.
Although non-verified reports are not always reported to university or city police departments or independently verified by police as having occurred, lack of verification does not reflect the veracity of the report. Statistics contained in this category may duplicate crimes concurrently reported to one or more security authorities, including but not limited to the university and city police.
