- Introduces potential of televised instruction and video tape recording as an instructional tool. Develops skill in basic operation of helical scan equipment, simple maintenance procedures, and basic production techniques. Culminating activity is an oral or written presentation or exhibition that demonstrates understanding or resolution of the issue or problem studied. - Presents principles of storytelling and reading aloud to various age levels in schools and public libraries. Offers knowledge of selection sources, helps build repertoire of stories, and aids in development of storytelling techniques.
