University Housing Accommodations

The Department of Housing, Dining, and Guest Services is pleased to offer overnight guest accommodations in university residence halls on Saturday, May 10 only. We have a limited number of rooms and will accept reservations as we receive requests.

Please plan your check-in time for after 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 10, to allow our staff sufficient time to prepare the rooms, since undergraduate students living in residence halls will not be required to vacate their rooms until the preceding day. Check-out time is 4 p.m. Sunday, May 11. You will be assigned to a specific residence hall upon your arrival at the registration desk located in the lower level of Morris Hall. Due to the moderate weather during May, air-conditioning is not in operation. Restroom facilities are available for men and women on each floor. The room rate is $21.00 per person. There will be no charge for children using sleeping bags in parents' rooms. Guest rooms are supplied with bed linens, blankets, soap, and towels for each paid guest.

If any member of your party requires special accommodations, such as a first-floor room or a room near restroom facilities, please indicate this on the reservation form. Due to the limited number of such rooms, we may be unable to house your entire party in the same area of the building. We will, however, make every attempt to accommodate your entire party in the same residence hall.

If you wish to make reservations, please print out the housing reservation form (PDF 93KB) and mail it, along with your total payment, to the address given. Reservation requests without advance payment will not be processed. Due to limited space, we will accept advance reservations only until April 30. Cancellation requests must be received by May 10 to qualify for a refund. After that date, advance payments will not be refunded. You will receive notification of room confirmation by mail.
