About me
I grew up in Oxford and graduated from Miami University. After working as a buyer in an Indianapolis department store, I returned to Oxford 10 years later with my husband, who is also a Miami alumnus, to raise our four children. I began working in the Office of Admission four years ago as our Visit Coordinator before becoming an Admission Counselor. I really enjoy helping prospective students and parents with their college search and welcome your questions. As a parent of a current Miami student and future college bound children, I will be engaged in the admission process for many years to come. When I am not at the office, I enjoy music and gardening. I also spend many weekend hours as a volunteer official for USA Swimming.
Favorite Miami moment
My favorite moment every fall is when the Miami Marching Machine takes the field at our home football games. As a former Miami Marching Band member, I still get chills as Yager Stadium fills with a wall of sound while the band plays the fight song!
