Group Visits
Schedule a campus tour and information session for high school juniors and seniors. Limited to 100 per group. One chaperon must accompany every 10 students. Call 513-529-1545 at least three weeks in advance. Visits are available only during the academic year.
Required Application Materials
As a guidance counselor, you will need to provide the following materials for high school applicants. (Miami does not require a Mid-Year report.)
- Recommendation/Evaluation
Miami requires one recommendation/evaluation from either a guidance counselor or teacher in an academic subject (English, social science, mathematics, natural science, or foreign language). This assessment can be included on the School Report Form (PDF 88KB) or written as a separate letter. (The Teacher Evaluation form is not required.)
* Faxed recommendations/evaluations are accepted.

- Official High School Transcript
Transcripts must be sent directly from the high school. First and second semester senior courses must be listed on either the transcript or the School Report Form (PDF 88KB) for application to be considered complete.
*Faxed transcripts are not accepted.
