To apply for transfer admission, submit the following items to the address below:

• $45 Application Fee (nonrefundable)
  If the application is submitted online, a credit card is required for payment. If the application is mailed, a check or money order made payable to Miami University or an official fee waiver form in lieu of the application fee may be sent. Students requesting a fee waiver must submit a waiver form from the College Board, Upward Bound, Ohio College Access Network (OCAN), The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) or a letter from your current institution or representative of a social service/community agency stating that the fee would cause financial hardship.
  
  
• Essay
  Please respond to the essay question found on page 3 of the Application for Transfer Admission.
  
  
• Official High School Transcript
  This is not required for applicants who graduated from high school before 1986.
  
  
• ACT/SAT I Scores
  These scores may be included on your official high school transcript or sent directly from the testing center. If you have been out of high school for more than five years or have already completed 20 or more transfer credits, test scores are not required. Miami's ACT code is 3294 and the SAT I code is 1463.
  
  
• Official Institutional Academic Transcript
  A transcript must be sent directly from each college/university you have attended since high school.
