Academics: Senior projects -- topics ranging from radical
activism and social advocacy to postmodern arts and the
human-nature interface -- were presented in Leonard Theatre,
April 25-27. Trustees, in Oxford for the spring Board
meetings, were able to attend some of the sessions. To take a
closer look at one or more of these research papers -- many of
them comparable to graduate-level work -- visit this Web site:

Commencement: This year the Senior Recognition Ceremony in Kumler Chapel included a
"non-traditional" graduate:
Catherine "Sue" McLaughlin Montgomery '56. Though
she didn't graduate with her original class, Catherine was
able to transfer later college credits and receive a Miami
Bachelor of Philosophy degree with the WCP Class of '06. Other WCAA connections included announcing winners of the
Jacqueline Wallace award and the Betty Ann Koons Miller
'32 academic regalia.
