Alumni Weekend 2008
We are only days away from Oxford's summer tradition - Alumni Weekend 2008. If you have not already made the decision to attend, Follow the Reds Bricks Home and join fellow Miamians for a weekend of fun for the whole family.
Highlights include the KidZone, where children can enjoy themselves while parents catch up with friends; the ever popular Alumni College, which offers 34 different Classes without Quizzes and Backstage Passes and Tours; and the Saturday night AlumniFest. This year's AlumniFest entertainment features the dueling pianos of Rod Nimtz '79, MA'81 and Julius "Juice" Davis '78, followed by Cincinnati-area favorites The Mistics.

Miami
to open new humanities center
A newly funded proposal will create a humanities center this
fall at Miami University thanks to a $250,000 President's Academic
Enrichment Award.
Miami
Glee Club to China for pre-olympic festivities
Sixty members of the Miami University Men's Glee Club directed
by Ethan Sperry will be in China June 3-15 to perform for pre-Olympic
events.
Cincinnati
State, Miami sign articulation agreement
Representatives of Cincinnati State and Miami University's regional
campuses have signed an articulation agreement intended to improve
service to students on their respective campuses and to support
the State of Ohio's goal of improving its workforce through
an increase in the number of Ohioans who complete certificate,
associate's and bachelor's degrees.
Updated
digital collection of McGuffey papers available
Miami University Libraries announces the completion of a revised
and updated digital collection of the letters of William Holmes
McGuffey.
